Our nine step transformation guide (hot water extraction)
Step one - Pre-inspection
We will ask you if there are any concerns or questions as we inspect the carpets to identify which cleaning method is best to use (this prevents any damage to the fibres we clean). We will also highlight with you the most affected areas to be treated.
Step two - Furniture moving
We carefully remove any objects or furniture which may block our cleaning path. We have furniture slides for any furniture that may be too heavy for our team to move.
Step three - Pre-vacuum
We use our professional, commercially recognised vacuum cleaner to extract any loose dirt and soil from deep within the carpet. This one of the MOST vital steps and is often not a focus by some cleaning services.
Step four - Pre-spray
A pre-spray solution is generously applied to your carpets which will break down any dirt. We use this method for heavy stains and/or spots.
Step five - Pre-spot
Any spots and stains which are highlighted in the pre-inspections are treated.
Step six - Agitation
Our high quality cleaning machines agitates the carpet, this will bring up hidden bacteria and dirt that is unseen to the naked eye.
Step seven - Wash & Extractions
Our quality tested chemicals are poured into our brand new machine that will proceed to thoroughly wash your carpets. We will then use the high velocity extractor to pull out all remaining dirt.
Step eight - Post groom
This step is often used to make the carpet look fresh and new, this method also helps speed up the drying process.
Step nine - Post-inspection
When your carpets are dry to touch, we will inspect all areas that we have cleaned. We will then talk to you to make sure that you are happy with the work and ask you to sign our work completion sheet.
